Shawn Crotto
“I took a shot in the dark to see if Shawn would just meet with me a couple of times to fine tune my diet for a half marathon I have coming up and he happily agreed! I know he has the knowledge and experience to do much more than that but I’m grateful he was flexible to work with me. He was very thorough in reviewing my diet and not only made suggestions for nutrition but also for running accessories and hydration products. Thanks so much Shawn! I already can feel the difference… It’s going to be an awesome race!!”
