We went because I was given a gift card! We sat in the lobby the two people working at the cashier area were very busy and I had to approach them and ask questions. I did not get a big nice warm welcome when entering the business for the first time . The only one that was very helpful after we were there for an half an hour was Dimitri and she said can I take your orders , we didn’t have any menus and didn’t know what to do ? She was very nice and helped us! It was a very relaxing experience soak was very nice the chairs were very comfortable. I just wish the area for two of us was a bigger area I felt a little closed in also I would add some prettier decoration to the all black area . The treats were delicious but small . I really love the concept but once you get in the spa area you sit there and that is great for the first 15-20 minutes then what ? You just look at black curtains ? I hope you can build on the idea that you have and make it even better and more appealing ! I also purchased a neck wrap cover that I love ❤️ I already had the wrap . Thank you for the experience and can’t wait to see what you do in the future 🤩
