Summary: Highly recommend for skilled, effective, professional chiropractic care. I've had fantastic results and only wish I'd started sooner.I've been going to AHC for 4 years now, and their care plan has helped me immensely. I have repetitive motion injuries causing chronic pain in my back, neck, and shoulders. They helped identify the cause and developed an appropriate treatment plan that has been adjusted as my needs shift. Dr Cait is a miracle worker! The VA wanted me to have back surgery and I kept pushing back and wanted to try something way less invasive before I had any surgeries and after 6 weeks of treatments and being taught how to do specific exercises I used to have to turn my entire body to look right or left and I can do it fluidly now and pain free! Her staff all go out of their way to ensure your visit flows, you come out of one room and the next person who will be helping you is standing outside the door waiting for you. Pretty sure we all hate waiting rooms and they don't have one because you don't need one!

The entire team at Absolute Health is truly best in class. I've been getting chiropractic care from Dr. Cait and her team for the last 5 years. The care I have received has been truly life changing. Working with them has drastically reduced the neck pain I used to experience. As a part of the care they offer they also educate patients about how to stay on track with their care path between appointments via "active care" where patients learn strategies and stretches. More generally, the entire team has a positive, upbeat approach and truly cares about all of their patients. Going to see the team is truly a bright spot on my calendar!
