Kate did an amazing job cutting my curly hair! I left immediately knowing I'd love my hair cut! I enjoy having shorter hair, but tend to look like a poodle if not cut correctly. Kate was able to cut my hair shorter, but give it the structure and layers it needs to look the way I like it. What I enjoyed about Kate is that she was able to educate me about styling products, how to use them, and how to dry my hair, while cutting my hair. I definitely will be returning, and knew when I left Kate would be my go to stylist! So glad to have found her!Services: Haircut

Wonderful experience! Booked easily online and received a couple of text reminders before my appointment. The salon is clean and pretty inside. Not fancy or flashy, just inviting and comfortable. Kate listened when I described what I wanted for both color and cut, and she was spot on with both! I hadn't had a haircut in quite some time so she really had nothing to go on except my description of what I wanted it to look like. This was one of the best haircuts I've ever had - I like my hair very short, and Kate was able to keep it feminine looking and soft. Kate is friendly and easy to talk with. I live in Maine in the summer and travel the rest of the year, but Kate at The East Edge Salon is the best hairdresser I've ever had! From my first appointment, Kate knew how best to cut and style my hair and her foils brightened my color for a perfectly natural look. I'll be back every summer!
