I have no other way to say this. The two technicians that showed up to fix my clothes drier are two of the best technicians I have ever encountered! Tough job done quickly, efficiently and in short order!!!!

Just bought a washer in May needed a service call in July was upset the washer had a problem within a month and a half. the techs that showed up were very friendly and found the problem within 20 mins. the problem wasn't the machine the problem was a penny had become lodged in the drain hose, no fault at all with the machine or the business. I give a thumbs up to all at Dave's Appliance and a thumbs down for me for not checking those pant pockets. live and learn!

I have used Daves for a number of years both in Boothbay and at Sugarloaf. They have always done a fabulous job with both sales and service but today they topped it all in a different way. I ordered a dishwasher to replace a broken one that was 12 years old and had been repaired once already. I figured it wasn't worth fixing at that age. When removing the water line I realized there was a secondary shut off valve further down the line that had been turned off. Turning that on solved the problem. When I called to tell them I didn't need the new dishwasher that had been special ordered and was already loaded on the truck and out for delivery they were completely understanding...read full review
