I called because we had low water pressure in a couple specific areas of our new home and the lady who answered was knowledgeable and immediately offered a solution we could try ourselves to fix the issue. She was exactly right and we were able to address the problem without having to book a plumber at all, which was a relief. I was impressed that she was able to help us out over the phone and was transparent about how far out they were booked and that she didn't want us to have to wait and pay if the solution was simple. And it was! Thank you!

Mary returned our call for a leaking water heater within 12 hours, which is a miracle these days. They searched and found a 30 gallon tank that fit my small space and fit me into their calendar within 2 days. Mary and Bruce were fast and professional and very helpful regarding instructions on winterizing the new tank. I highly recommend this company.

Arrived to our camp to open up for the season on Friday, when we turned on our water quickly realized a pipe had crack over the winter. called Bob The Plumber a little before 3:00 and thankfully they had a plumber in our area finishing up a job. He was at our house by 4:00 and pipe was fixed 20 minutes later. We will definitely be customers of Bob The Plumber in the future.
