Bob the Plumber was absolutely amazing. I had a weekend emergency and they responded right away. Mary even tried helping me with my issue over the phone to prevent me from paying the high emergency cost and saving her team from their weekend personal life. One of the team members did need to come out to my house. He was respectful, professional and so nice. He helped me with my issues promptly. Made an emergency call and was promptly scheduled for the same day. So thankful they were able to get out and help replace a sump pump and get my basement unflooded! We had an emergency at 8pm on a Friday night in a new house we just moved into and were not familiar with the set up. Bob was able to talk us through turning off the water for the night and sent someone over at 9am Saturday to fix it. We so appreciate it!
