Great customer service. Furnace failed to operate right before the cold snap. Zach and his team, Colin, Alan and Travis did amazing work and on job professionalism was great They arrived day of, diagnosed and fixed issues before the cold really hit. Couldnt be more thankful for the expedited, professional service, and patience with us. Not the first time I have called Martel with an emergency and it wont be the last.

When the upstairs master bathtub leaked down through to the celing below, a hole needed to be cut in the sheetrock to access the plumbing (which was obviously not ideal). Instead of just tearing my wall apart, the plumber first explained the options to me and then made the smallest, cleanest cut possible in order to access and fix the issue.
