“Just went in for a check up w Katherine. All the staff there are so nice, was even able to have my blood drawn. However when I left the check-out area is just a little diff and seeing only one person she told me she was by herself and it would be a minute which was fine of course. Then I see her start shaking her head, as she then is ready I hand her my printed out bill and she just looks at me, questioning me w this rude tone in her voice. What do you want to do she asks. I just want to check out i say. She basically talked to me as if I was being outrageous! Even asked me if I wanted to check out up front! I was so taken back. I don't knownif tou hate you job, people, or life. Perhaps you shouldn't work w the public. You definitely ruined my trip there, only you. Bless your heart!“
