My daughter went here for prom she was left crying, feeling bad and bleeding from her hand when she spoke up for herself telling them what she wanted they shamed her and told her it was her fault that they didn't do it. She showed them a picture. They lied to me and said she was happy and loved them and that she should have showed a picture. They also got very rough when she stated that the shape was not what she asked for. Her nails are now painful some are thick some are thin they curve up and not two are the same shape or width

We were 100% pleased with the work done by first Aaron and most recently Nathanael to treat our front and back lawns for cicada killer wasps. We literally had an invasion of them, blanketing the ground. Even our lawn mowing person was afraid to do his job. Several places quoted us monthly payment plans totaling over $1,000 saying it would take months of treatments to get rid of them. Aaron came and explained that was rubbish. For one time fee that was half as much, he thoroughly treated each individual burrow. It took 2 follow up treatments to eliminate the remaining active holes because there were so many and these insects are so difficult to eradicate. But Aaron came back and then Nathanael at no additional cost. Now we see no signs of any of them. Hopefully they will not return next year since the burrows are closed. We highly recommend Atlantic Pest Control!!!

RJR did a fantastic job of installing a new kitchen for us, inclusive of all aspects of the job including: demolition of the old kitchen, installation of new cabinets and appliances, doing some needed carpentry work, and coordination and execution of associated electrical and plumbing work. We were very pleased with how responsive RJR was and that they got the work done within the promised timeframe and cost estimate. The RJR staff was excellent- they are knowledgeable, flexible, and attentive to detail. We felt totally comfortable having them in our home as they were respectful, courteous, and always left everything very clean at the end of the day. We chose MB&E because our house is old & contains lead paint; MB&E are lead safe certified & all lead removal protocols were strictly observed. This will not be our last project with MB&E!

I called and immediately was able to speak with Jason who offered advice and solutions over the phone that have already proven successful. I went in for a lash tint with Candace. The whole appointment took about 20 minutes, and my lashes looked beautiful. The results lasted about 4 weeks for me I will be going back!

Love this place and I will ONLY go to him from now on for piercings. I had a girl pierce my lip downtown in Augusta (it’s closed now) and she used the wrong size, jewelry, and in the wrong place. He was nice enough to ask if I wanted to take it out and he would do them both for the price of one OR he would use the same size and line them up best as possible. I went with the second option I was 16 and impatient, but he fixed them and got me in fast and last minute. He also did my tongue which came out perfect, super fast, little swelling, and least painful piercing I’ve got.
Today I got my helix pierced, and I love it so much!! Kyle did an excellent job with the piercing. It was quick and easy, and they were very understanding about my hesitations. Patient and very kind! The lady at the front counter talked to us for about fifteen minutes and answered all of my questions to her best abilities. I was very grateful! I will definitely come back for all of my next piercings!!!

I am happy to recommend Plourde's to anyone in the Augusta area who needs an electrician. Unlike most electricians, plumbers and roofers who let calls go to voice mail and often don't bother calling back, Plourde's answers the phone and provides excellent customer service. Steve, the owner of the company stopped by just a couple hours after I called and quickly resolved the problem which had left my friend without power. I will definitely call them again for any future electrical needs.

Paul from TurfDoctor did a physical (vs. liquid) aeration on our lawn today. He was very pleasant, professional and diligent in making sure he wouldn’t hit anything underground. I certainly would recommend him and Turf Doctor for such a service.

I have been going to a chiropractor for decades to supplement routine medical care. Dr. Laney did a thorough evaluation of my needs and offered massage as part of my visits. This combined with his manipulations of my problem areas of the neck and back have helped me tremendously. I would highly recommend his practice.

Pine Tree Vet and Dr. Hathaway -- I'm extremely pleased with the quality of care offered by this practice. The knowledge and skills of the Veterinary staff are the primary reason I seek out a hospital, to be the best place to have my beloved pets' health managed. I am impressed by the services I have received from Dr. Hathaway, and ftom all the tech and front desk staff at Pine Tree. Everyone has been very kind, caring, gentle with my elderly dog, and I'm going to continue to seek routine care for my pets here.
Been going here for many years. Overall happy, but they need to update things, including some policies. It's getting to where I hope it becomes a priority.In this day and age when we can deposit checks online with a photo I shouldn't have to drive 10 miles to pick up a piece of paper so my dog can get special food. A bathroom would be nice too.I know it's tough, but updating is important.They do treat my animals well and that bottom line is what counts. There are some days when I consider trying another place.

Today was my first visit with them, and they were so amazing. My dog Stormi is most definitely a handful but they were fantastic with her. After a not so great experience with her first vet, this was super refreshing. Dr. Bennington and the whole staff were so caring and kind.

They also treat their pet parents wonderfully, and provide great customer support.
