I absolutely loved my experience here today I got my first tattoo for a tribute my old black cat, who recently passed away a few years back, and I got her cat paws on my lower waist I am so happy and pleased with my tattoo and my tattoo artist was absolutely amazing and super sweet I would definitely recommend going here and I'm definitely getting another tattoo again from this place
I got some messed up nipple piercings at a shop in gardiner and these amazing people have helped fix an issue they didn’t make ! True north all the way ! Bella was the piercer to help me out and I can’t thank her enough! She and the rest of the true north team are amazing and they care about the people who come in not the money id recommend you come here over any other shop within a 20 mile radius! (They will also always make sure you are comfortable and put your health and concerns first)
10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for piercings, and from what I saw while waiting, tattoos as well. Every staff member I encountered was kind, patient, and went above and beyond to make a good experience. I also saw the same for other customers being helped while I was waiting. I would like to add the good experience started with my first initial phone call to ask for availability to get a piercing, the woman on the phone set the mood for the place and she is what made me choose to spend my money here. I called over 20 other places in the state of Maine and most, if not all, I was met with a bad experience over the phone, but this place was the only one that stood...read full review
