Bill's Eastern Ave Barber Shop is a great, old-fashioned neighborhood barber shop known for excellent haircuts at reasonable prices. Bill, one of the barbers, is highly recommended for his skill and ability to connect with kids. Customers appreciate his attention to detail, as he explains the haircut process after finishing. The shop offers quick and quality haircuts, making it a reliable choice for anyone in need of a no-frills haircut experience. Located near the Togus VA Center, it provides a welcoming atmosphere for all.
I have been going to Bill's Barber Shop for over five years now, and there is simply no better barber shop in the county — or anywhere else in the state, for that matter. The quality is truly in a class of its own, the prices are wonderful, and everyone there is genuinely friendly and takes the time with you to care. Even after moving out of the area, I still make the hour and a half drive to get there every chance I get, because that's the thing about Bill's — you always know exactly what you're going to get, and they go above and beyond every single time.
