We worked with McLaughlin Fence Co. and are happy with our finished fence overall. The installation itself was done well, and we’re pleased with the final product.
The main challenge for us was communication throughout the process. At one point, the crew nearly arrived to install the fence before we had formally scheduled the project, which led to some confusion and a reschedule. In the meantime, materials intended for our project were used on another job, causing additional delays.
As for the installation, there were a few minor details left behind, including some pieces of material in the yard and two exposed screws. Nothing major.
Overall, we’re happy with our fence and appreciate the quality of the installation, though there is definitely room for improvement in communication and attention to details.
