“I have hired E&I Painting Contractors twice in the last year - the first time to repair the drywall, paint and install new flooring in the townhouse we were preparing to sell. That experience was reasonably priced and well timed and made the selling the house much easier. I hired them again since I was very comfortable with Jorge and his team to convert the framed out garage attic into a finished room. They installed new lighting, drywall and flooring and created a door to a space that was previously inaccessible and unused. They were very careful to cover my bedroom furniture and carpeting while doing construction to protect the space and cleaned up every day they were here. I worked from home the entire month they they worked in my home and I was very impressed with their professionalism as well as the care they took with their work. I am very happy with how the room turned out and found the pricing was within the original estimate Jorge provided. I would hire them again for any home projects I have in the future.
