I have hired E&I Painting Contractors twice in the last year - the first time to repair the drywall, paint and install new flooring in the townhouse we were preparing to sell. That experience was reasonably priced and well timed and made the selling the house much easier. I hired them again since I was very comfortable with Jorge and his team to convert the framed out garage attic into a finished room. They installed new lighting, drywall and flooring and created a door to a space that was previously inaccessible and unused. I would give E & I 10 stars if I could! Jorge was wonderful to work with and his crew did an amazing job—quickly! I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to impeccably complete the project (three rooms in my condo) in just a day and a half. The final cost was extremely fair and reasonable.I would use them again in a heartbeat!
