“Wow. Wow. Wow.All I could say is wow.For years I had wanted to remodel my kitchen and bathrooms, but would get nervous if all the time and money spent would wow me.So I would put it off. I went to stop by Grandior just to see what can be offered. Daniel, the owner operator took so much time not to just help me plan but give me ideas and a lot of guidance. He helped me understand issues about the kitchen and bathrooms that I hadn’t even considered before. He’s amazing with technology and has a keen eye to mentally visualize how things will turn out.The other key thing is he can tell you if something is low quality and not to be used.Once it was all finished, my friends and family would come over and go Gaga over the kitchen. It made my house just look and feel like a new home. I love it. I am thrilled at the results. Couldn’t have asked for better. I would highly recommend him. “Bray & Scarff is the only place I’ll ever buy large appliances. After a nightmare experience in 2020 buying a range online, waiting on hold for 3 hours with customer service, and having to file a dispute with my credit card company to have the money refunded, a colleague recommended I try Bray & Scarff instead. The salesman was incredibly helpful, recommended a range that was excellent and in our budget (and going strong four years later), and they were super to easy to reach if anything came up. We just bought a new dishwasher with them and the experience was similarly easy. Excellent recommendation, they didn’t try to upsell me, and if anything comes up, I go to them rather than some 800 number. Delivery scheduling was quick and they even walked me through the rebate process. I cannot recommend this place enough. Don’t buy from the big box stores - it’s not worth the headache.“
