“First of all, we LOVE the name of this company! I called on Tuesday for service to our kitchen sink clog. I asked for someone to come out the following day. Mr. Gerald called about 20 minutes before showing up. He was prepared to go to work. Stepped into our home and immediately put on his shoe covers! Love that as we do not wear shoes in our home. Mr. Gerald gave us an estimate of the cost. It certainly was fair! He spread his floor covering out on the floor and proceeded to work on the drain. It did take some time but SUCCESS was ours! He brought ALL of his own supplies, some asking for a flashlight. After the work was completed he cleaned up his things and started to clean up under my sink. I wouldn't have it. :) As he prepared the work order/bill my husband and I had a few minutes to chat with Mr. Gerald. All three of us being Christians, we had a beautiful time!
