One of the workers there, named INDIA, immediately jumped on the case, called customer service and found out that the frames were out of stock. She then worked with customer service to find a similar frame in stock, cleared that with me, and negotiated expedited shipping as well as got me a 15% discount for the trouble and lack of communication from the online side.
