2806 Douglas St NE, Washington“A huge thanks to the team at Dynamic Design and Construction for turning our house into a home. Having been through a negative experience dealingwith another contractor, Dynamic DC truly came in and saved the day.The project was managed according to the budget and time constraints. Where needed, Dynamic DC provided sound advice and suggested enhancementsto our home (i.e insulation) for efficiency and enhanced market value. As someone who does not have a lot of the renovation lingo, Dynamic DC explained all the concepts in a thoughtful and easy to understand manner. They worked well with our interior designer and were able to on the recommendations. It has been an absolute pleasureworking with the Dynamic DC team and I appreciate their dedication, workmanship and professionalism. I will solely be using this company for any home improvements and renovations going forward.”Amrita,Summerhill ,Toronto“

1101 Wilson Blvd Spaces Office #960, Arlington“outstanding job in adding a shed to my house. We had a narrow corner so it was very tough for a designer to come up with a good floor plans. Joe and Peter got us the permits and stayed with us throughout the entire process from beginning to end. I totally recommend them.“

7115 Giddings Dr, Capitol Heights“Preface: My wife and I did not know about or have any experience or relationship with Cris LLC before doing business with him. We found him by asking a neighbor for a recommendation. It’s the best experience we’ve had with a contractor. Cris H has done three projects for us and each has been done quickly and expertly, with great care for our home and responsiveness to our preferences. In addition, the cost was reasonable and a very good value. The first project was building a storage closet in our master bath, which had none at all except for the vanities. We had asked the builder, NV, to do that, utilizing the space behind a blank wall between the vanities, and they said it wasn't feasible. Cris did it in two days, including tile for the floor, shelves, paint, and a door. A major improvement, both aesthetically and functionally. The second was a smaller project to move a door at the bottom of the basement stairs from one wall to another, making it much easier to carry and move items straight out instead of after a tight right turn. This is not as easy as it sounds - I had to abandon my own attempt. Construction done in a day; replacement of plasterboard, spackling and painting done the next. All with such quality you can't tell it wasn't always that way. And again a very affordable price. The third project was a major renovation of the master bathroom. Removing the existing vanities and two heavy cumbersome mirrors. Repairing the walls, installing two expensive Kohler vanities after tiling the area underneath them, connecting the plumbing to the new sinks and counter tops, installing two Kohler mirrors, and painting the entire large bathroom, which has ten foot ceilings and many tricky angles. Cris LLC did, as usual, an outstanding job. The room now looks like it could be in Architectural Digest or similar magazine. I should mention that the care Cris took to protect our home was exemplary. A 50 ft stretch of engineered wood floor was covered with paper and tape, the bedroom rug wifh plastic sheeting, a powerful vacumn used to minimize dust. It was occasionally noisy, of course, but done quickly with minimum inconvenience, and adjustments were made on the fly when we had preferences re placement. I would recommend Cris LLC to anyone wanting a home improvement project done with the highest quality at a very fair price. I only hope Cris will still be available for our next one.“

925 Girard St NE, Washington“I had an ongoing sewage backup in my outside basement stairwell since last December 2021. I had gotten three estimates; Mr Nelson's was very reasonable. My plumbing problem was that the sewage pipe is galvanized and had deteriorated. It was the original pipe of my 1949 row home, and the main problem with the pipe extended into the recreation room of the basement. They were going to have to dig. My anxiety went through the roof; however, Mr Nelson diffused my fears and worked with me. He and his team explained the entire procedure, broke it down where I clearly understood, and also provided me a status with pictures. This company is very meticulous about their work, and they clean up and haul away excess debris and mud. I am very happy, and the sewage pipe and drain now work perfectly. Nelson will definitely be my plumbing first choice, and I highly recommend them.“

3401 12th St NE #4486, Washington“Our technician was outstanding and fast! He was professional, friendly and did a great job.
However the pricing was a bit interesting in our case. The work took 30 minutes. The job is estimated on an hourly rate, the customer has to pay for the first hour regardless, even if the technician only take 15 minutes to get it done. After the first hour your billed in 15 minutes increments unless it goes to the next hour. So, we were billed 1hr. 30 minutes for a 30 minute job on top of a $75 trip fee.
Not sure if that is common, but good service overall. Thank you.“

616 Kennedy St NW Unit 1, Washington“Lofft did a great job building a powder room and coat closet plus removing a structural wall in our house. With a scope of work that included architectural design, structural study, permits/inspections, and construction, they were capable throughout and came in at a more reasonable price than the other companies we talked to. I would recommend Lofft to others looking to complete home renovation projects, etc.“

Just stunning, such attention to detail and the guys are always so courteous (plus stayed under budget and on time!) I love hosting now more than ever and in the DC area it’s hard to find trustworthy contractors who are design forward. ❤️“

8001 Allentown Rd, Fort Washington“D&Y Landcaping did a FANTASTIC job on my yard! I would recommend these landscapers to anyone. I had a mess of a yard. Overgrown several flower beds, a dead tree, some bushes that needed to be removed, mulch clean beds. Trim my hedges and paint my old shed! These workers NEVER STOPPED. So into detail and this was tedious work. Absolutely worth their time and effort!“
“Great company, Im sure individual with low star review wouldn't rather have no utilities in his building. The town authorizes utility work late at night if its is absolutely necessary.“
