House Doctors is an excellent full-service property manager. They are a high quality, professional firm that is great to work with. They are responsive and great at getting to the bottom of house repairs and maintenance. Specifically, Kevin is very knowledgeable in every area and if he is not sure of any property maintenance issue, he will thoroughly investigate it. He also shows high integrity. Great to deal with!

House Doctors of DC provided quality services at reasonable prices. They are professional and work hard to satisfy the customer.

Our technician was outstanding and fast! He was professional, friendly and did a great job.

However the pricing was a bit interesting in our case. The work took 30 minutes. The job is estimated on an hourly rate, the customer has to pay for the first hour regardless, even if the technician only take 15 minutes to get it done. After the first hour your billed in 15 minutes increments unless it goes to the next hour. So, we were billed 1hr. 30 minutes for a 30 minute job on top of a $75 trip fee.

Not sure if that is common, but good service overall. Thank you.
