“We used NV to do a 2nd story addition on our raised rambler. I got 5 bids from 5 builders and NV design was one of the only companies not to bid a completely different job than requested; which I greatly appreciated!The design process with NV was simple, we went back and forth a few times to iron out details and then sent the design to Arlington for permits.The build process was estimated at 14 weeks and we completed in 16 weeks (which is honestly awesome! I've done other large renos on other properties and NV's timeline was very reasonable!). This included me asking to change the interior door type which themselves took 4 weeks to build from the manufacturer (I want to highlight how well they did by coming in so close to estimate!!!)The finished product is amazing, the build quality was great, the subs on site cleaned up well, our GC was great, and it really turned out well!Have them bid your project!”
