The collar needed special care, so I brought it to the attention of the associate. Thankfully, when I picked up my coat, I could tell that attention was given to the collar. It looked pretty good. I was pleased. I was charged $16 which was reasonable. This will definitely become my new drycleaner.“

“I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I spilled black tea all over an expensive linen blazer on my first time wearing it to a conference and was devastated. There were tea stains across the entire front and both sleeves to the point where I had to point to the lapel to show them the original color of the blazer.

When I brought it in, they inquired after what I stained it with, what, if anything, I had done to try to treat the stain myself, and looked at the material. Because I had already tried water and baking soda, they didn't give any guarantees, so I wasn't sure what to expect.

Within 3 days, it was good as new, no stain in sight, and had been pressed. I have no idea how they did it but it was like magic! (I was almost in tears as the blazer had been a birthday gift and I thought I had ruined it.) They said they they had to go through the stain removal process multiple times in order to fully get everything out. Despite that, it was really affordable (under $15) and they even gave me a holiday lint roller, which was really sweet.

As some reviews have mentioned, English is not their first language. However, I didn't find that to be a barrier as they do still speak and understand English and we were both able to get our points across well. Plus, they did such an incredible job that it's very much worth the extra couple seconds it might take to communicate. I will absolutely be back as long as I'm living in the area and have already recommended them to some family and friends!“
