Wrong alteration and rude service.I took three pairs of pants in to be hemmed and one to be cleaned here, where we have been long time customers. One was a brand new pair of jeans with a raw hem that I asked to be hemmed with the same stitching color. The gentleman told me he was confused so I repeated my request.When I picked the up the pants, the jeans were still raw hem, cut to the new length. I told him this was wrong and he insisted it was what I asked for. I shared it was not and he insisted again it was my fault and I was wrong. I went to this cleaners a long time ago and stopped going because of the service I got there and the way they treated customers. But now I have been going for the past 3 years or so again because of John. I believe he is the owner or at least owns part of it cause i know he runs the show like it is his business. He’s kind and friendly and always has a smile on his face and always the happiest person I have ever seen. Especially in that heat it’s like 110 degrees in there most days. So just wanted to give him praise for all his hard work.
