The collar needed special care, so I brought it to the attention of the associate. Thankfully, when I picked up my coat, I could tell that attention was given to the collar. It looked pretty good. “Katie and the crew at Festival were kind, responsive, and genuinely nice. I came into town for an event and realized I had completely forgotten to get my suits dry cleaned. I called around, they answered quickly, and Katie was able to get me next-day service, which was a huge help.

I had a brown stain on one of my black suits — I honestly couldn’t tell if it was chocolate or makeup — and I wasn’t sure if it would come out. They were able to get it out completely, and my suits looked great. The pricing also felt very reasonable for the quality of service.

What stood out most to me was the customer service. I accidentally forgot to pick up my suits the day I was supposed to, but thankfully they were open early Saturday morning. When I walked in, everyone was already hard at work, yet I still got cheerful “good mornings” from two different people and a sincere “thank you, come again.”

That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. They took care of me in a pinch, did great work, and were genuinely kind throughout the process. I’d absolutely recommend them. Thanks, guys.“

“Came here as I needed some alterations done and was told that the tailor here was the best. After having a pair of pants shortened and two others fixed properly, I'm convinced that this is the place to get clothing altered. I will be going back soon as I need other clothing altered.
