ZIPS Cleaners

ZIPS Cleaners has received mixed reviews from customers. Many appreciate the friendly employees and the quality of cleaning, particularly at the Cockeysville location, where issues are rare. However, customers have reported problems at the Parkville location, including poor customer service and unsatisfactory ironing results. One customer noted being ignored upon arrival and receiving clothes that were not properly ironed, leading them to prefer the Cockeysville branch.

Additionally, there have been complaints about the alterations service. One customer expressed frustration after visiting multiple times without finding the alterations person available, suggesting that this service may be unreliable. Issues with communication and responsibility were also highlighted, particularly regarding a damaged football jersey. Although the customer eventually received a refund, they wished for better communication during the process. Overall, while ZIPS Cleaners offers attractive pricing and friendly staff, the experience can vary significantly depending on the location and the service required.
