“The job consisted of painting the interior of the house, removing all cast-iron radiators to repair old leaks, upgrading the AC and one shower, and refinishing the wood floors. We also asked them to scrape the balustrade to remove the old varnish and apply a clear coat to showcase the original wood. The result was amazing, and the balustrade now looks gorgeous.

FineCraft did an excellent job all around. Their crew is very professional, always available, and attentive to your directions and questions. They communicate daily about what they plan to do and post before-and-after pictures of the work on their portal.

One thing I really appreciated was their sales team. They are not typical salespeople: they are very knowledgeable and work with you on every decision to provide the quote you need. They don’t lowball you only to tell you halfway through the job that you need to pay much more. They were right on the money and stayed on budget through the end.
