Bryan of Focused Physical Therapy took the time to reviewed my MRI report, narrowed down the causes, carefully explored different exercises and got feedback from me. I started my 1st session with them mid January 2023 and the pain was practically gone beginning of April 2023. I have been doing exercises he prescribed since then to keep it pain-free.
