Mr Gilmer is a great service technician who installed a new furnace humidifier and did a great job analysing and quickly repairing the system. He arrived on time (even early), was very kind and courteous, and explained everything in detail. He solved problems quickly and efficiently with care, fixed the air-conditioning system, and shared all the details along the way. He gave useful advice on keeping the system clean and running well, and is highly recommended.
