We had a great experience with Ed and his team. He gave us a free estimate for encapsulating and building a drainage system in our basement, and then sent a large crew so that all the work was completed in one day. They were punctual and cordial. It has been several month and the basement is staying dry.
I had a good experience with Best Buy Waterproofing. They were able to get the job done within one day and were able to put my walls back along with the waterproofing. I would work with them again and recommend them. Ed Walasik was a pleasure to work with as well.
I don’t normally write reviews but I had to make an exception due to the great experience we had with Dan Mayo. I called Best Buy waterproofing because of water in our basement. We had been advised through a previous inspection that we needed a sump pump and that water was coming in through the foundation. Dan did a very thorough inspection. He went into very tight spaces to find the source of the water leaks. He concluded that the water was coming from above-grade and not the foundation but that did not stop Dan from going as far as finding all the sources of the water leaks even though it was beyond services he would have provided.
