“This place is amazing- I feel absolutely refreshed every time I come here. Both the docs I’ve seen here are able to address issues in my back and ligaments I didn’t even know I needed (but definitely appreciate after the adjustment). They worked well with my insurance, quoted me a reasonable all in out of pocket for a fairly intensive/frequent regimen, taught me at home exercises to help address issues, took the time to teach relevant skills for back self care, the location/parking availability is great, and all the staff are very friendly.

“Dr Spiegel,DO, and Dr. Jennifer Gularson, PA, outperformed Cleveland Clinic, Johns Hopkins Hospital, several independent practices (including Fx medicine) and every Primary Care Provider I have seen since my teens. I could not have recovered without them from multiple work injuries, while saving money by avoiding unnecessary, ineffective treatments and testing. I can walk and breathe again, use my arms & legs relatively pain free and leave the house without planning out where the bathrooms are. Their expertise and systematic, evidence based approach truly treat the whole person. I have minimal pain (6/10 resting to 2/10 doing my activities of daily living and working on the computer). Dr Spiegel was faster and more skilled than Urgent Care would have been after I slipped on oil at a gas station. After that, I sustained multiple head injuries at work for which Dr Spiegel cared for me and dealt with bureaucrats, frequent Requests for Information (RFIs) and calls from OMS and Worker’s Comp. Both Jennifer and Dr Spiegel reduced the disabling bleeding and medication rejection symptoms from an iatrogenic injury by the insurance based healthcare system. They then provided both tried & true and innovative solutions to balancing my hormones that other providers did not have any useful recommendations for. Jennifer helped me reduce severe histamine reactions from an occupational illness that caused major GI challenges and shortness of breath . I'm so glad that I found Dr Spiegel and Jennifer several years ago.“

I was very impressed with every aspect of my visit; the impeccable office, the friendly and professional front desk staff, and the billing manager. “Dr Fishkin worked magic on my sciatica. It was truly shocking how I could go in with pain and leave pain free. He did dry needling on me. I wish I had gone to him before spending a fortune on acupuncture which did not help me when I was suffering with bursitis. And then going to a physiatrist (pain management doctor) even though he gave me a shot of cortisone. Dr. Fishkin may very well may have cured that problem too. My son and daughter in law raved about him for a long time. I am so glad I went to him. Now I am having orthotics made by him. I have had two pairs of orthotics made in the last 4 years by podiatrists which did not relieve my pain at all. So, hopefully these might. I will follow up on that after I wear them for a while. Dr Fishkin is very direct and tells it like it is, and yet he is also very nice. He cared to be sure I was comfortable while getting the dry needling.“
