The gents here seem to live and breathe their products and we felt confident fully in our purchase for our family room stairs and foyer. Renaissance Floor & Carpet installed 7800 square feet of flooring at our new build. “We didn't want new carpet for our brand new house, but our dog managed to lock himself into one of the bedrooms, and in his angst, managed to not just rip the carpet up but to also remove a chunk of it. Options were patching (cutting a patch from closet) or new carpet-- we opted for new. Werco was prompt, efficient and well priced. Took them about a week to get the carpet on hand, and then they arrived at EXACTLY the time they said they would to do it.
