This is our second time working with Southernwood. They replaced our roof in 2020. We were very satisfied with that service. This time we needed our entire soffit at the front of our house replaced due to a carpenter bee infestation and rot. Our salesman, Noah Zeitler also recommended replacing some rotten additional trim at the front of the house. The whole team from the secretary, salesman, Forman and installers were polite, attentive, communicative about delivery of supplies and installation date. We are so happy with the results. The work was completed in one afternoon and it looks amazing!

Southernwood replaced my siding and performed roof repairs. I am genuinely thankful. From start to finish, the entire staff was very professional, responsive and understanding of my needs. From the moment I made my first phone call with Southernwood. I have received nothing but professional services by BK and Katie. They walked me thru the entire process along with answering all of my concerns until I was completed satisfied. I would highly recommend their business to anyone in need of service.
