Very unprofessional. Lack of communication from start to finish. I filed an insurance claim because my basement flooded and was set to have this company complete the work for me. It took them almost two weeks for them to provide an estimate to my insurance and every time I would call to get a status update from them they would either not answer my call or call me back. When I finally got the estimate, I then waited to get a call from this company to schedule a start date and got nothing. I decided to call them myself and NEVER got a call back. If they are this bad with communication I can only imagine what the workmanship is like. I Would never recommend them to anyone....read full review

I would not recommend this company to anyone. It took them 5 weeks to complete a job that was supposed to be done in 7 days. There was no reason for the delay because the weather was not an issue. Someone from the company called and asked for payment prior to the work being completed. When you call with an issue, no one will return the call. I was billed for services that were no rendered. Now I see the reason for the limited number of reviews for this company. Do yourself a favor and go with another contractor.
