I had my roof replaced by Affordable Home Solutions after a tornado caused damage, and honestly, the whole experience was way better than I expected.
It all started when Ross Cooper and Josh Lamb knocked on my door. Ross was very polite, easy to talk to, and actually listened. He answered all my questions and helped me through the insurance claim with USAA, which could’ve been stressful but wasn’t because of him. He even met with the inspector when I wasn’t home and followed up until everything got approved.
