“Julianne Neal at New Woman is an amazing therapist for women. I went to her since I was getting up 5 times a nite to urinate. She knows everything about the female anatomy and is so informed. Also very nice and chill. She helped me strengthen my pelvic floor with exercises. She also helped me woth what foods and drinks irritate the bladder. She recommended leg pillows, devices and apps for training the muscles which has helped me so much. Incontinence is the main reason for nursing home admittance. Don’t delay you can fix it before it gets worse.”
