“Chesapeake Bay Aquatic & Physical Therapy found the best exercises to strengthen my weak back muscles. I am very elderly and was having severe lower back pain. They started me in the pool with an hour of exercises and gradually moved me to land and more taxing exercises. I am in far less pain and can walk with much more confidence and less fear of falling. Pain I had for 3 years since knee surgery has completely disappeared. The therapists seem to really like their jobs. Sessions are like working within a family.
