I was able to send him photos/videos ahead of time to get a more accurate idea of what the cost breakdown would be in addressing different kinds of locks (sliding door, smart locks, classic locks). He was able to come out to the home around my scheduling limits. He was responsive to my follow up messages prior to date of service and called me with a 30 minute ETA notice on the actual day of service. To walk through, change 5 locks and repair a sliding door lock was about 1.5 hours and he left no mess or damage upon completion of the service.”
