“This company has helped me with all sorts of unusual fixes – – I had a pair of boots that were too tight in the leg and they inserted a triangle of elastic to make them work. Also repaired a favorite purse whose handles wore out. And bedroom slippers, also favorites, that the Sol wore out and they replaced the sole. they’ve also helped me stretch a pair of shoes out that were too tight. I like this place a lot.”
“John was wonderful in addressing the locks for our new home. He listened well on the initial inquiry call, with steps to check if the locks were functioning so we could plan for rekeying at a lower cost than full repair/replacements, which is what I initially thought was needed, since the previous homeowners left us with no physical keys to the home. I was able to send him photos/videos ahead of time to get a more accurate idea of what the cost breakdown would be in addressing different kinds of locks (sliding door, smart locks, classic locks). He was able to come out to the home around my scheduling limits. He was responsive to my follow up messages prior to date of service and called me with a 30 minute ETA notice on the actual day of service. To walk through, change 5 locks and repair a sliding door lock was about 1.5 hours and he left no mess or damage upon completion of the service.”
“Excellent and fast service. One of our doctor's dogs locked themselves in the office with the keys inside (they were fine), and the locksmith was able to come help us within the hour! Highly recommend.”
