John was wonderful in addressing the locks for our new home. He listened well on the initial inquiry call, with steps to check if the locks were functioning so we could plan for rekeying at a lower cost than full repair/replacements, which is what I initially thought was needed, since the previous homeowners left us with no physical keys to the home.
