“John was wonderful in addressing the locks for our new home. He listened well on the initial inquiry call, with steps to check if the locks were functioning so we could plan for rekeying at a lower cost than full repair/replacements, which is what I initially thought was needed, since the previous homeowners left us with no physical keys to the home. I was able to send him photos/videos ahead of time to get a more accurate idea of what the cost breakdown would be in addressing different kinds of locks (sliding door, smart locks, classic locks). He was able to come out to the home around my scheduling limits. He was responsive to my follow up messages prior to date of service and called me with a 30 minute ETA notice on the actual day of service. To walk through, change 5 locks and repair a sliding door lock was about 1.5 hours and he left no mess or damage upon completion of the service.”
