This company has helped me with all sorts of unusual fixes – – I had a pair of boots that were too tight in the leg and they inserted a triangle of elastic to make them work. Also repaired a favorite purse whose handles wore out. And bedroom slippers, also favorites, that the Sol wore out and they replaced the sole. they’ve also helped me stretch a pair of shoes out that were too tight. I like this place a lot.
Had a handbag I bought secondhand that I wanted to get cleaned and found that not many places offer this service. I called Cobblers & cleaners and they told me to bring it in and they would see what they can do. I should have taken a before and after photo! It looks good and I’m grateful they were willing to take it on even though it’s not their typical work.
I have been a patron of this business for years. The cobbler is knowledgeable and he does great work at very reasonable prices. He has restored several of my leather designer, handbags, and shoes, and I’m very grateful for him. I’ve recommended him to several people too.
