- The crew was punctual and respectful, stopping work at 4pm each day so we could still have some family downtime.

- They cleaned up well and even moved our old refrigerator so we could live comfortably during the remodel.

- When surprises came up — like a hidden return vents in the walls or complications rerouting the venting fan — they handled them well, with smart solutions.

- We made several changes midstream, and they had no problem adjusting and did a great job.

“I had Taylor Made do a major kitchen renovation, including building a custom fireplace in the dining room and replacing the flooring in the kitchen, dining room, hallways and laundry room. It was the largest update I’ve ever had done in my home. Of course, I had some concerns - would I be able to work from home as usual during the reno? Would I be comfortable with contractors working in my home for an extended time period? But my worries disappeared after the first day. I was able to work from home and Steve and Doug were so polite and personable, they became like friends.

Both have an exceptional work ethic and always arrived each morning promptly at 7:30 AM. They were focused on the tasks at hand and when a few issues happened, they quickly communicated them to me and kept me informed until the issues were resolved. When the workday was over, they always cleaned up before leaving. They both have years of home renovation experience and are talented at what they do.

Kevin showed up at least twice a week to monitor the progress. During a discussion on the custom fireplace, Kevin suggested dark wood trim on each side and combined with my idea of floor to ceiling stone veneer, the end result exceeded my expectations. Also, when a big box store didn’t deliver the stone veneer, Kevin drove to the store to pick it up. He also suggested adding crown molding and casing the entry ways to the kitchen and laundry room which created a more finished look. Taylor Made delivers in more than one aspect!

“I was looking for a good small contractor to do some indoor renovation. I tripped over Tool Box as I surfed. Someone posted pictures of the job he did. The comments indicated his dedication to quality work. He provided us a reasonable quote to other respondents. He was very professional and demonstrated his belief that he treated our home as if he was working on his home. At one point his helper did some inferior painting. Ed replaced the helper and corrected the previous work. We had him remove a wall, install a floor and some tile in the kitchen and paint hallways and the downstairs living area. I will certainly contact him for future work.“

“We used Reico and their contractor to remove our 50 yo tub shower and replace with a walk in shower. They also removed our old mini tile floor and put down 12x24 tiles. We chose their acrylic wall surround from Samuel Mueller for the shower. Also new vanity and all new Kohler faucets throughout. We ended up having to replace a lot of the wallboard and the new walls look beautiful. Everything is so easy to keep clean now! Ray Solomon, their contractor, was a pleasure to work with.
