I recently completed a complex rehab of a historic mixed-use (multifamily/commercial property). After a false start with another energy advisor that led to a dead end, I was referred to Zerodraft. Kurt, Mike and the Zerodraft team understood what I needed and provided the energy engineering for three different state and utility grant and loan programs, and they also did some of the air sealing work to seal up my old, leaky building. Mike and his team were fantastic! Mike conducted my energy audit, explained the results to me, and walked me through the different recommendations he had to make our home more efficient. He followed up with a phone call to address additional questions we had before scheduling the job. When Mike and his team arrived to complete the insulation and ventilation work, they were courteous and efficient- the job was completed quicker than they anticipated. As the team completed the job, Mike took the time to explain to me what they were working on and how that was affecting their timeline. Professional service and high quality work. Mike came for the home energy assessment, and Manny and his team later on for work I hired them to do (seal air ducts, and install a bathroom exhaust fan). I was pleased beginning to end. They both went out of their way to make sure everything got done correctly and came back when necessary to finish things off, and were very prompt to do so. They had a four person crew for the day’s work, and things went by really well. Very clean even though there was some “dirty” work in the bathroom. Also, when I called the main office, the response and help I got was top notch. Overall, good company and definitely recommended.
