Jennifer Thomas was assigned to my home and was AMAZING to work with. She wasn’t a typical individual in sales who pushed for a sale but rather inquired about what worked best for me. She was very honest and thorough about pricing upfront and explained what steps needed to be taken to install flooring the correct way. I was impressed by Jenn’s communication and the frequency she checked in with me about the project. The work was completed very quickly and the installers were very kind and compassionate as well.
