I had an extremely positive experience buying carpet from Joey Zengel, the owner of Top Notch Floor America in White Marsh / Nottingham MD. He was friendly, thoughtful and no pressure to buy. The showroom is lovely and he helped me pick out the quality and color of carpet I had in mind. Delivery and installation went very well and his management team followed up to assure i was happy. I had new carpet installed 4 yrs. ago and loved it. Since then I have had my carpet stretched twice and in Dec. 2024 I contacted the store again to complain about big humps that were now in every room and closet. The right people came out and power stretched my carpet for a third time and I am very happy. They did a great job. It's now almost a month later and I am still pleased. Top Notch did a great job fixing the problem! Thank you for a great job and explaining the process from beginning to end. They stand by their product.
