“The staff is amazing and the owner promptly fixed what Rebecca H ruined. I asked for root touch up to cover my gray and walked out of there looking like Morticia Adams with jet black hair. I had light golden brown hair initially. I also asked for long layers in the back of my hair and even that looked horrible. Fortunately, Pam, the owner, was able to fix that as well. It took teamwork with 4 women over 5 hours to fix what Rebecca did to me. Now I have since spent $200 on hair masks & product to address my over processed hair. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff there and all of my friends that go there always walk out looking amazing. You could not pay me to go back to Rebecca ever again. I was not going to leave a bad review because I understood people make mistakes. We are all human. But, an apology from Rebecca would have been nice.“

“**UPDATE 2** The Pasadena Crossroads location is my go-to place for an excellent haircut and enjoyable conversation with great employees. I've had haircuts by multiple stylists and barbers at this location and have always left happier and more confident. It's a clean, well-lit location and they don't try to upsell all the time... they happily offer recommendations, but it's a stress-free, easy-breezy time! Yesterday, I had the honor of getting a sweet cut from Victor. A genuinely friendly dude with a keen eye and kind heart. So to Lindsay, Victor, Rhonda, Melissa, and the entire team at Pasadena Crossroads... thank you!

**UPDATE** I have gone back to this location on a few occasions and always left with a great cut, a smile, and gratitude for the employees. Lindsay is fantastic! And today, I had my haircut done by Rhonda, who is super friendly, an absolute joy to talk to, and she did a fantastic job taming my thinning dome. Usually I go back every 6-7 weeks, but with Easter tomorrow... and family photos coming, I needed a quick cleanup and she nailed it! With gratitude and kudos all around, again, as usual.

About a month ago, I visit another SportClips location and had an excellent experience. Today, after work, I visited the Pasadena Crossroads location because it was on my way home from work and I wanted to get cleaned up for a holiday party. This a very clean, well lit establishment. I had an excellent haircut and even better conversation with Melissa. No complaints, just grateful for SportClips and their teams. Super convenient, always friendly and upbeat environments. Now I have two great locations to go to when I need to be get the ol' dome cleaned up and looking presentable. Kudos all around!“
