The talented owner Renee, goes above and beyond with customer service! I had highlights today with her and I mentioned I needed my nails done for a special occasion tonight. I was crunched for time. She called her nail tech to see if she could come in early and ended up getting Jordan, another member of her dynamic team to accomodate me immediately. She also had a product rep in the salon today and she arranged to have her give me an amazing conditioning mask which was unexpected and appreciated. The atmosphere in the salon is always upbeat and positive. Theres a reason this salon was voted Best in Pasadena! Highly recommend Renee and her team at Rumors Remix.

I came here for a SUPER big cut off. I probably cut at least a foot of my hair off. My stylist was Diane she was very down to earth. She made a lot of recommendations on my hair type since I was having issues. I made a follow up appointment and am super pleased with everyone there. Front desk staff was very friendly shampoo ladies were very gentle. Great experience would highly recommend.
