“**UPDATE 2** The Pasadena Crossroads location is my go-to place for an excellent haircut and enjoyable conversation with great employees. I've had haircuts by multiple stylists and barbers at this location and have always left happier and more confident. It's a clean, well-lit location and they don't try to upsell all the time... they happily offer recommendations, but it's a stress-free, easy-breezy time! Yesterday, I had the honor of getting a sweet cut from Victor. A genuinely friendly dude with a keen eye and kind heart. So to Lindsay, Victor, Rhonda, Melissa, and the entire team at Pasadena Crossroads... thank you!

**UPDATE** I have gone back to this location on a few occasions and always left with a great cut, a smile, and gratitude for the employees. Lindsay is fantastic! And today, I had my haircut done by Rhonda, who is super friendly, an absolute joy to talk to, and she did a fantastic job taming my thinning dome. Usually I go back every 6-7 weeks, but with Easter tomorrow... and family photos coming, I needed a quick cleanup and she nailed it! With gratitude and kudos all around, again, as usual.

About a month ago, I visit another SportClips location and had an excellent experience. Today, after work, I visited the Pasadena Crossroads location because it was on my way home from work and I wanted to get cleaned up for a holiday party. This a very clean, well lit establishment. I had an excellent haircut and even better conversation with Melissa. No complaints, just grateful for SportClips and their teams. Super convenient, always friendly and upbeat environments. Now I have two great locations to go to when I need to be get the ol' dome cleaned up and looking presentable. Kudos all around!“

“Walked in an hour before closing w/o appointment for my son. The young gentleman was with another customer and said he would take us once he was finished with his customer (there were cpl people in the back who said they were not cutting anymore for the day I guess) Guillermo took his time to make sure he understood what my son wanted and asked all the right questions about how he washes his hair, what products, what temp.. Not enough young men know the difference. My son was extremely happy with his haircut and said he would definitely come back, and so would I.“

“This is a quaint little shop to go get a hair cut. My 2 year old son needed a haircut and the lady who normally cuts it was on vacation. This was right up the street and I knew he was comfortable with women over men. Well, my kid through me for a loop and refused to get in the chair. Then he got upset and frustrated. Mrs. Gail and Mrs. Diane were very welcoming and handled him with care. He sat on my lap, got his hair cut then was given a freeze pop and lollipop ?. That lollipop was everything until he got to play with their grandsons boxing gloves and hit the bag. He didn't want to leave and I know it made him feel a lot more comfortable about going in to see them the next time.“
