    I was a frequent flyer with pelvic floor therapy/issues with specialists, doctors, PTs, etc. It can be exhausting, expensive, and overwhelming. I came in with pelvic pain and frequency issues. Julie treated me holistically and made suggestions based on my personal goals and lifestyle. She's personable, communicative and makes you feel comfortable. She's also very knowledgeable about new practices and different exercises used. This was the first time I had been given varied exercises at home that were full body and specific to my body and where I needed to strengthen. My pain and urgency symptoms have greatly decreased and now I am not planning my life around symptoms....read full review

    I was experiencing several pelvic pain to the point where I could not get checked out at the gynecologist and I could not experience intercourse with my partner. I experienced frustration because I thought something was wrong with me the whole time and nothing would get better. I tried to take things one by one on my own and still nothing was working. This PT service was so helpful. We had stretches that helped the part of my body that needed the help. The room always had a calm relaxing atmosphere.     Dr. Julie was amazing, she diagnosed the cause of some postpartum abdominal pain I was having that several other doctors could not figure out! She guided me through an 8 week treatment plan that worked and I'm so grateful. She was thoughtful and knowledgeable, highly recommend!
