Wes is great at teaching Muay Thai, Deon is awesome and fun to be around and very great at demonstration and teaching, and coach Gary… the boss.. the sensei is very knowledgeable about jui jitsu and all around everything. Very smart and patient with everyone and really
knows how to teach anyone.. I love this place. It’s more than a gym or fighting academy to me. This place is home❤️?“

12400 Owings Mills Blvd, Reisterstown“Went to Ground Control for a special women's self-defense class hosted by Be Loud, a local non-profit dedicated to SA awareness and prevention. Erin, Elena, and Dana were all wonderful and went out of their way to help everyone feel comfortable. As someone who tries to avoid crowds in general, I was very hesitant coming into the class, but I walked away with very practical techniques.“

10132 Baltimore National Pike#F&G, Ellicott City“We cannot say enough positive things about this Tae Kwon Do school and its instructors. Master Chong, Shin and Daniel consistently lead with compassion and respect, modeling these values in everything they do. We have been with this Tae kwon do family for 4 years now!
Their motto to always “try your best” goes far beyond the Tae Kwon Do mat. It has become something we repeat at home, at school, and in other sports, and we’ve seen firsthand how it helps build confidence, discipline, and perseverance.
One of the most impressive aspects of this program is how they involve their middle and high school athletes in mentoring the younger students. The benefits for both groups are amazing to see. Over the last four years, our son has grown in confidence and formed meaningful friendships.
The impact these masters have on their students reaches well beyond martial arts. They truly make a difference in young lives, and we are incredibly grateful for their dedication and mentorship.“

Whether you're an adult or a parent, this is a phenomenal place for martial arts training. Master Huang is a professional. This place is an investment that pays ten-fold for self-confidence, manners, and physical fitness. It's hard to find a community as supportive and encouraging as this one.“

1750 Union Ave Unit A2, Baltimore“I like Aikido because it does not emphasize the use of force or violence, but rather focuses on how to use your opponent strength and momentum to your advantage. this means that even if you are small or not very strong, that you can still do this Marshall art well. it is also a great way to develop your body awareness and practice mindfulness. As someone who has been working from home for the past two years, the Dojo has also served as a great source for community for me. everyone here is very friendly and welcoming to students of all levels of experience. The membership is very affordable, and I believe your first two classes are free. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in martial art or is looking for a community to come check it out.“
