Ergeon was communicative and timely with my initial consultation and fence installation, and did quality work at a good price. A few weeks after the installation, I started having issues with the latch on the gate not closing all the way or locking, seemingly misaligned from the gate shifting. It took repeated outreach over several months for Ergeon to finally respond and repair the gate, which I was not able to lock/secure during that time. I am very happy with my experience with Ergeon.Everyone involved in the process was attentive and considerate. My color choice was considered custom resulting in the delivery date being post-poned but my project manager kept me up to date. The material was delivered sooner than anticipated and I was concerned because I was unable to transplant my roses,etc away from fence line in time. My installer Marvin took care not to disrupt the roses during the installation. The workers worked 12 hours on a very hot day. They were amazing. They tore down the old fence, installed the new and hauled everything away. The quote for the project was about 3,000 lower than other estimates.
The Ergeon team was amazing to work with. Their attention to detail and quality of work are unmatched. They quoted me a great price, and I am completely satisfied and impressed with their work.
