Thank you to the ladies and gentleman at Top Nails for a relaxing pedicure this afternoon. A technician was ready as soon as I walked in, without an appointment, and I was well taken care of. The Spa is clean, there are two televisions, they offer hand lotion, hand sanitizer, and even a fruit snack while you wait for your wet nails to dry and it was a lovely place to spend a Sunday afternoon. I stopped in without an appointment and was greeted by Rachel and Monica. The service I received was absolutely excellent. I've been to other nail Salons in the past, but I must say these ladies took very good care of me. I am very pleased. My nails look healthy and beautiful. Rachel did not rush through the process even though the service they provided went beyond their closing time. You could tell she takes pride in her work. She is a true perfectionist. I stumbled upon this place when I was coming from my usual spot in Gambrill's that was under new management. I came here sat about 15mins before Jenny could take me. And all I can say is a year later I'm still coming here to see Jenny. She sets her own schedule and knows what you want with little input. She made my nails look more realistic, not thick like before. I can't believe I was paying for that work. I love it here... staff is friendly the place is clean and you get what you ask for at least from Jenny. This shopping center and the stores in it have been here for years. I'm glad I stumbled in here when I did.
